Ticking #1 of my travel bucket list
Last spring/early summer we decided to take a three day break to the west coast of Ireland. Going to this part of the country is something I have wanted to do for a very long time and I know I am not alone here as it is a very popular tourist spot . This is clearly for the fact that everywhere you look is stunning.
We decided to camp on this break which was my first time doing so since moving over. I definitely recommend it because as corny as it sounds it does add a lot of peace to a break. Still, not going to lie the campground did have a Wi-Fi area. However I was still able to read a couple books I was meaning to for a while and get my head cleared for a little bit.

Our first day we took our time getting there stopping in Dublin and a few little towns along way to see all we could in the short time we had. After setting up that evening I was highly impressed by Ali's ability to produce wine and a chacuterie board at our camp site, impressed and thankful that is. After such a chill first night we were up early to take in the Cliffs of Moher. It was a beautiful day to go walk along them even though I was not expecting to be able to walk along the entirety of the cliffs. They really are stunning and so much more than you expect. However I did not have the stomach for Ali's daring feet over the cliffs photo ops.
The next day we kept closer to camp and decided to explore Doolin, which was such a great little village for touring. The photo to the top right is of the main road which is packed full of shops, cafes and bars. Really what more do you want on a break when you get those and a view.
Our third day was a beach morning then the long drive back so needless to say we will be back for more exploring very soon!
