Hard to believe that this was over year ago!
I really wish we could go back, but I will settle for hounding them to come for just ASAP ; )

Once I was properly settled my mom planned a visit to Belfast so she could put visuals to my new life. Much to my surprise when I picked her up in Dublin she had more than luggage with her, my sister came as well. I'm not a cryer but there were some serious happy tears that day. I had just under 2 weeks off to show them everything I loved about the city and all the people that helped make it a new home so quickly, Including meeting my boyfriend for the first time. Luckily all went the way I thought there and they got on like they knew each other for years.
Here is a list to show how much we fit in to those 10 days
- Meeting Ali's family, They get on soo great it was awesome to see.
- Tour of my neighborhood and where I work.
- Giants causeway, did not do the stairs this time but have ....that counts right?
- U.K Shopping (big deal when from 🇨🇦 )
- Food tours
- Dublin, Walked around the city to all the touristy areas as well as a few bakeries of course.
- Port Rush, They wanted a proper fish and chips so we went to the coast for the views and for(((
- Black Taxi Tour
- Pub tours, How can you not when they came all this way.
We were on the go every day and as most times like this do it went by far too fast, Even more, the reason for them to come back with my brother and brother in law I think...don't you? I think If I could get even some of them to stay I would have no reason to move home. Yes! I am very very close with my family and would move home just to be closer to them, just not right yet.
