Cinnamon buns have always been my favourite since I was very young. I can remember helping my mom make them for us before I was even old enough to use an oven. Now they are in my baking rotation and I am constantly tweaking to get them bigger and better, I think this recipe has done just that. Oven: 350 F/ 180 C Ingredients: For the buns

This loaf does bake for almost an hour but mixing it up takes no time. You just have to watch it rise and enjoy. I am not a huge fan of glazes heavy with powdered sugar so I opted for one with more flavour made up of fresh lemon and oranges juiced. I have made this in all the cafes I have worked in and it does not seem to be on the shelf long...But sharing is up to you. Ingredients:
