I spent an evening looking up what goes into tasty and popular snacks that pack some of the nutrients you need day to day. Now my to make list is quite long because they all looked so delicious and I am a sucker for anything that has peanut butter in it. So, I came up with these bars by combining the main ingredients as well as adding what I think would help with switching out refined sugars for natural ones. They also are great for a quick breakfast, You can heat them in the toaster as well as add some yogurt with fruit. Its almost like you are having dessert for breakfast that you can feel good about. Oven: 350 F or 180 C Pan size: 9/9 inches Ingredients:

Side notes: - These heat up great by just being in the toaster for 4-5 min. - If you would like them to be thicker double the oats as well as add 2 more bananas. - In this size pan I made it into 6 bars which were bigger then I would do next time but a great size for a snack or breakfast.
